BELSAR is the official app of the Belgian Lifeboat Crew & Volunteers.
It is aimed at the responsible boat or yacht owner, planning to sail the Belgian Coast, and visit one of its four harbours: Zeebrugge, Blankenberge, Oostende and Nieuwpoort
BELSAR provides live nautical weather and sea state data, harbour approach details and up-to-date safety and first aid checklists. You can register yourself and your vessel to help lifeboat crew spot you faster in case of emergency.
And one more thing: BELSAR also offers a list of hotspots in and around every harbour. Simply a matter of genuine Belgian hospitality :-) Enjoy!
